PSY Lighting, established in 2005, is a professional manufacturer and seller of LED lighting and lamps, dedicated to providing high-quality, energy-efficient solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Company History and Growth

We began as one of China's largest OEM factories, producing for renowned brands such as Sanxiong Aurora, Oppein, Shiyida, Xiden, and Leedarson. Our domestic sales channels include prominent brands like Anta, Peak, Jockey, and Noble Bird, ensuring wide retail coverage. Over the years, we have expanded our operations to include direct sales, exporting our products to countries such as Japan, the United States, Sri Lanka, Turkey, and Spain, demonstrating our global reach and market adaptability.

Production Capabilities

Our state-of-the-art production facilities are equipped with advanced machinery to ensure high-standard manufacturing:

• SMT Production Line: Includes 10 SMT machines (8 from Yitong, 1 from Matsushita, and 1 from Juki), along with printers, reflow ovens, connection tables, mixers, and ovens.
• LED Assembly Workshop: Features 2 reflow soldering machines, 2 high-speed aluminum cutting machines, 1 automatic wire stripping machine, 3 laser machines, 2 compressors, and 5 comprehensive testers, ensuring efficient assembly and testing.
• Quality Control Laboratory: Equipped with multi-channel temperature testers, surge and decoupling networks, ESD generators, thermal imaging cameras, color analysis instruments, spectrometers, luminaire goniophotometers, all-in-one safety testers, and temperature and humidity chambers, guaranteeing product reliability and performance.

These capabilities enable us to maintain rigorous quality control and deliver products that consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
